About The OaksThe Oaks of North Londonderry Township Homeowners Association was established in 1995, to cover HOA procedures (elections, officers, ect.)
The 151 homeowners east of Apple Blossom Lane belong to the Oaks of North Londonderry Township Homeowners Association, commonly called the “Oaks Homeowners Association” with 32 HOA-owned street lights and 14.399 acres of common ground.
The common ground we maintain extends from the Oak's Sign on Apple Blossom Lane, behind Truman Street and Hickory Street, to the Pin Oak cul-de-sac.

- ANNUAL MEETING: The Annual HOA Meeting will be held April 1, 2024 at 7pm at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home
Located at: 25 West Pine St. Palmyra, PA. 17078 - ANNUAL GARAGE SALE: The Annual Community Garage Sale will be held May 18, 2024 (Rain or Shine) at 7am
- BOARD ELECTION: We will be holding 2024 elections for the following positions: President and Architectural Committee Chairperson. If you are interested in one of these positions, please contact the Nominating Committee here. Ballots will be mailed out in March 2024.
